- M-1973 camouflage pattern. First used by FUSNA (Fusileros Navales - the Uruguayan Marines), but later in general service from 1973 to mid-1980s. There are two colour variations - a dark and a light (the latter being the most uncommon).
- The US wine-leaf (Mitchell pattern) used by the "Bn. Infranteria Paracaidista No 14". Used during the 1970s and 1980s - worn with plain green trousers.
- FUSNA (Fusileros Navales - the Uruguayan Marines), still in use today, introduced in the 1970s.
- Woodland pattern. Commercially made (eg. by Tru-Spec) copies of the US M81 Woodland.
