- Egyptian rocks pattern. Reversible - used by Egyptian Commando and Airborne units. Also called Egyptian Plane Tree due to the similarity with German WW2 Planetree pattern
- Egyptian desert (scrambled eggs) pattern. Two versions of this pattern (brown (sparse) top and green bottom) - used during the 1990s.
- Egyptian Presidential Guard lizard pattern. Used by the Presidential Guard and Military Police - possibly also others.
